MEDAR Evaluation Package Translation English-to-Arabic

This is the first release of the MEDAR evaluation package
for Translation for the English-to-Arabic direction.
The two campaigns took place in February 2010 and July 2010.

The MEDAR evaluation package enables to evaluate your SLT/MT system.
It contains the training and test data, the reference translations,
documentation and tools that enable to self-score your system output.
